      "value" : "제7조(자료의 요청) ①자료관리규정 제8조 제1항의 규정에 의하여 다른 기관에서 보유하고 있는 자료의 지원을 요청할 때에는 지원신청서(별지 제1호의 1서식 및 별지 제1호의 2 서식)를 당해기관에 제출하여야 한다. 다만, 전송복사기가 설치된 기관간에 자료의 전송지원을 요청할 때에는 지원신청서를 당해기관에 제출하여야 한다. \n  ②제1항의 지원요청은 인사기획관실 인사기획관리과장이 주관하되 그 서명 또는 인감을 인감등록서(별지 제2호 서식)에 의하여 다른 기관에 사전에 등록하여야 한다. \n  ③각군 또는 국방부 직할기관의 장이 다른 기관에서 보유하고 있는 자료를 지원받고자 할 때에는 국방부장관에게 그 자료의 지원요청을 의뢰하여야 한다. \n  ④전산단말기를 통한 자료의 지원요청은 당해기관과 사전에 약정된 부호를 사용하여야한다.
