      "value" : "제6조(사업계획승인 및 사업실적보고) ① 지원단장은 매 회계연도 개시 1월전까지 당해연도 사업계획을 수립하여 보건복지부장관에게 제출하여야 하고, 보건복지부장관은 당해 연도 예산 확정에 따라 이를 승인한다.\n  ② 지원단장은 매 회계연도 종료 후 2월 이내에 당해연도 사업 추진 실적을 보건복지부장관에게 보고하여야 한다.\n  ③ 보건복지부장관은 필요하다고 인정하는 경우 제1항 및 제2항에 의한 승인 및 보고 외에 중요사항에 대한 보고를 요구하거나 승인을 받게 할 수 있다." ,
