      "value" : "제15조(과제의 중단) ① 관리기관의 장은 사업자가 지원된 과제의 목표를 기간 내 달성할 수 없다고 판단되면 지원된 과제의 수행을 중단시키고 자금지원을 취소할 수 있으며, 취소한 경우에는 그 결과를 위원장에게 보고한다.\n  ② 사업자는 지원된 과제를 임의로 중단할 수 없으며 과제수행이 중단된 경우에는 중단일부터 1개월 이내에 중단사유, 중단 시까지의 과제수행내용 등을 관리기관의 장에게 제출하여야 한다.\n  ③ 관리기관의 장은 과제가 중단된 경우 지원된 자금(약정금리 이자 포함)을 일시에 회수하여야 하며, 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 제14조제2항에 따른 조치를 취할 수 있다.\n  1. 과제중단사실 통보를 지연한 경우\n  2. 과제중단 시까지 과제수행을 불성실하게 한 경우\n  3. 과제중단의 불가피성이 인정되지 않을 경우" ,
