      "value" : "제9조(평가결과에 따른 보상 등) ① 제8조제1항에 따라 선정된 최우수기관 등에 대해서는 다음 각 호에 해당하는 우대조치를 할 수 있다.\n  1. 포상: 최우수기관 등에 대한 장관표창\n  2.성과연봉: 청장·지청장 등의 성과계약평가 및 성과급 등급 평가 시 업무추진성과 반영\n  3. 성과급: 해당 기관 소속직원의 성과상여급 지급 결정 시 반영\n  4. 그 밖에 위원회에서 심의·의결한 사항\n  ② 최우수기관에 대해서는 다음 연도에 본부에서 실시하는 특정감사를 면제할 수 있다.\n  ③ 위원회 위원장은 평가실적이 저조한 소속기관에 대하여 관련 정책관실로 하여금 현지출장을 통하여 다음 각 호의 사항을 수행하게 할 수 있다.\n  1. 원인분석 및 그에 따른 업무지도\n  2. 그 밖에 업무실적 향상을 위하여 필요한 조치" ,
