      "value" : "제7조(공급량의 시ㆍ도별 배정원칙) ① 국토교통부장관은 운수사업별ㆍ업종별 공급량의 범위내에서 시ㆍ도의 화물자동차 대수, 주선업체수 및 가맹업체수 등을 감안하여 시ㆍ도별로 배정하여야 한다.\n  ② 국토교통부장관은 제1항의 규정에 의한 공급량을 배정함에 있어 필요하다고 인정하는 경우 지역내총생산(GRDP) 증가율 및 화물운송시장의 안정 화 등을 감안하여 총 공급량의 범위 내에서 시ㆍ도별로 공급량을 조정(10%이내에 한한다)할 수 있다." ,
