      "value" : "제8조(비료계정결산) ①농협중앙회장은 비료관리법시행령 제9조제2항의 규정에 의한 비료계정 결산보고서에 당해 연도의 손익계산서, 대차대조표 및 수지와 관련되는 사항을 포함하여 농림축산식품부장관에게 다음연도 3월 20일까지 제출하여야 한다.\n  ②농협중앙회장은 전항의 비료계정 결산보고서를 제출할 때에는 미리 자체감사를 실시하여 결산내용의 적정여부를 검토한 후에 제출한다.\n  ③농림축산식품부장관은 전항의 결산보고서 내용에 대하여 적정여부를 확인하기 위하여 감사를 실시할 수 있다." ,
