      "value" : "제19조(자료의 등록·수정·삭제) ① 자료를 홈페이지에 등록할 경우 해당부서는 부서장의 확인을 받은 후 등록하여야 하며, 자료 등록 등을 수행함에 있어 특별한 기술을 요하는 경우에 홈페이지 관리책임자는 이를 적극 지원하여야 한다.\n  ② 홈페이지에 등록된 자료의 수정·보완·삭제 등에 관한 사항은 해당자료를 생산한 부서에서 관리하는 것을 원칙으로 한다. 다만, 홈페이지 관리책임자는 홈페이지 운영의 내실을 기하기 위하여 주요부문에 대하여는 자료관리 담당부서를 지정하여 운영할 수 있다.\n  ③ 홈페이지 관리책임자는 홈페이지의 운영환경 및 화면구성의 일관성 유지 등을 위하여 홈페이지 담당자와 협의하여 등록된 자료를 편집·조정할 수 있다. \n  ④ 홈페이지 담당자는 해당 홈페이지에서 공개되고 있는 소관 분야의 자료가 최신의 상태를 유지할 수 있도록 수시로 자료 등록·수정·삭제 등의 업무를 수행하여야 한다.\n  ⑤ 홈페이지 담당자는 자료를 등록할 경우 주민등록번호, 여권번호 등 「공공기관의 정보공개에 관한 법률」 제9조제1항에 따른 비공개 대상정보는 등록하여서는 안 된다." ,
