      "value" : "제7조(수료증 교부 등) ① 교육기관의 장은 제6조에 따라 교육과정을 이수한 자에게 별지 제3호 서식의 수료증을 교부하여야 한다. \n  ② 제1항에 따라 수료증을 교부한 교육기관의 장은 교부 후 14일 이내에 별지 제4호 서식에 의한 요양보호사 관리책임자 교육과정 수료생 명부를 보건복지부장관에게 보고하여야 한다.\n  ③ 교육기관의 허위 수료증 교부, 교육신청자의 허위경력 제출 등 교육수료에 중대한 위반사항이 발견된 경우에는 요양보호사 관리책임자 교육과정을 수료하지 않은 것으로 본다." ,
