      "value" : "제15조(신청서의 검토 등) ①위원회는 조사신청서가 접수되면 영 제15조제1항의 규정에 의한 신청서 구비요건을 검토하여야 한다.\n  ②위원회는 제1항의 검토결과, 보완이 필요하다고 인정하는 사항에 대하여는 기간을 정하여 신청인에게 이를 보완하여 줄 것을 요청할 수 있다.\n  ③신청인은 제2항의 규정에 의하여 보완요청을 받은 때에는 보완요청기일 이내에 보완자료를 제출하여야 한다. 신청서의 보완에 소요되는 기간은 처리기간에 산입하지 아니한다." ,
