      "value" : "제15조(데이타 적용기준) ① 제13조제1항의 발전설비용량은 송전이용요금 산정시점에 송전용전기설비 이용계약을 체결한 발전사업자들의 계약 발전설비용량의 합계를 기준으로 하며, 당해 회계연도 발전설비 증감용량을 고려한다. 다만, 계약 발전설비용량을 적용하기 곤란할 경우에는 한국전력거래소의 등록 발전설비용량 기준으로 할 수 있다.\n  ② 제14조제1항의 비동시 최대부하실적은 송전이용요금 산정시점 직전 1년간 한국전력거래소의 자료를 기준으로 하며, 당해 회계연도 최대부하 증감을 고려한다. 단, 한국전력거래소의 자료 취득 불가시에는 송전사업자가 자체 취득한 자료를 적용할 수 있다.\n  ③ 송전망 이용정도는 송전사업자의 송전이용요금 계산방법을 적용한다. 입력자료는 송전이용요금 산정시점 직전 1년간 한국전력거래소의 실적자료를 기준으로 당해 회계연도 발전설비 및 최대부하 증감을 고려한다. 단, 한국전력거래소의 자료 취득 불가시에는 송전사업자가 자체 취득한 자료를 적용할 수 있다." ,
