      "value" : "제7조(숙련도시험의 실시) ① 숙련도시험에 참가하는 시험기관은 시료의 이상 유무를 확인하고 제6조제2항의 규정에 의한 시험지침서에 따라 시험을 실시하여야 한다.\n  ②시험기관은 시료의 이상을 발견하였을 때는 즉시 원장에게 그 사실을 통지하여야 한다.\n  ③시험기관은 시료의 특성이 손상되지 않도록 시료를 취급하여야 하며 시료의 전달은 시험지침서에서 정한 절차를 따른다.\n  ④시험기관은 측정결과에 대하여 참가 시험기관간 공모할 수 없으며 원장은 이를 방지하기 위하여 참여제한 등 적절한 조치를 취할 수 있다." ,
