      "value" : "제10조(시정조치 등) ①이상값을 산출한 시험기관으로 통보받은 기관은 해당 원인을 조사하여 정해진 기간 내에 적절한 시정조치를 취하고 다음사항이 포함된 시정조치 결과보고서를 원장에게 제출하여야 한다.\n  1. 원인 및 분석결과\n  2. 시정조치 내용\n  3. 재시험 결과 또는 비교시험결과 등 시험기관이 취한 시정조치의 유효성 증빙자료\n  4. 이미 발급된 시험성적서에 미친 영향을 조사하고 불리한 영향을 받았을 가능성이 있는 고객에게 조치한 내용\n  ②시험기관은 정해진 기간 내에 유효성 검증 결과를 제출할 수 없는 경우 검증계획을 수립하여 연장을 요청할 수 있다.\n  ③원장은 시정조치 결과확인이 필요하거나, 시험기관의 요청이 있을 경우 현장을 방문하여 필요한 조치를 할 수 있다." ,
