      "value" : "제8조(헌장의 실천) ① 모든 직원은 헌장을 성실히 준수하고 기업민원 보호정책의 정착과 실현을 위해 부단히 노력하여야 한다. \n  ② 직무감찰담당관은 헌장을 실천하고 이행하기 위하여 소속직원에게 연 1회 이상 교육을 실시한다. 다만, 계약업무 수행시 헌장의 준수 등과 관련하여서는 재정회계담당관이 별도로 교육을 실시할 수 있다.\n  ③ 각 부서는 헌장의 이행 중에 부적합한 사항이 발생한 경우에는 그 사항을 규제개혁법제담당관에게 통보하며, 규제개혁법제담당관은 이를 반영한 개선계획을 수립하여 헌장을 개정할 때 반영하여야 한다." ,
