      "value" : "제5조(자격 취득의 학점화 대상) ①다음 표의 기준에 따라 교원이 담당하는 직무와 관련 있는 자격취득의 경우에는 인정 학점의 전부 또는 일부를 교원 연수 학점화 대상으로 인정한다. 이 경우 직무와 관련있는 자격의 인정기준은 임용권자가 정한다.\n<img id=\"28319037\">\n<\/img> \n  ②제1항의 규정에도 불구하고 국가기술자격법시행령 별표상의 동일종목의 자격증이 2개 이상의 경우는 인정학점이 가장 많은 자격증 하나만을 학점화 대상으로 한다.\n  ③임용권자는 승진후보자명부를 작성할 때 자격증 취득실적에 대한 학점화를 하여야 한다." ,
