      "value" : "제55조(안전장치) ⓛ 탱크에는 독립된 스프링식 안전밸브를 2개 이상 설치하여야 하고, 안전밸브는 최고허용사용압력 이상의 압력에서 자동적으로 개방 되어야 하며, 최고허용사용압력의 110%에 해당하는 압력에서 완전히 개방되고, 압력 방출 후에는 배출이 개시된 때의 압력보다 10% 낮은 압력에서 폐쇄 되어야 한다.\n  ② 스프링식 안전밸브의 작동압력을 임의로 조작할 수 없도록 하여야 한다.\n  ③ 스프링식 안전밸브의 방출구는 이산화탄소용 탱크 컨테이너의 상부에 위치하여야 한다.\n  ④ 이산화탄소용 탱크 컨테이너를 사용 중 스프링식 안전밸브의 배출 통로는 항상 개방되어 있어야 한다.\n  ⑤ 안전밸브는 이산화탄소용 탱크 컨테이너의 전복 등으로 인한 손상으로부터 보호되도록 배치하여야 한다." ,
