      "value" : "제12조(외국인유학생의 기량검증 신청자격) ① 외국인유학생의 기량검증 신청 자격은 다음 각 호 어느 하나에 해당하는 자로 정한다.\n  1. 양성대학의 뿌리산업학과를 졸업 예정인 외국인유학생\n  2. 양성대학의 뿌리산업학과를 졸업한 외국인유학생 중「출입국관리법 시행령」제12조 및 별표 1의 D-10(구직) 체류자격을 갖고 있는 자\n  ② 그 밖에 기량검증에 필요한 사항은 산업통상부장관이 정하여 공고한다." ,
