      "value" : "제3조(질병요건) 미국에서는 수정란의 선적 전 과거 1년간 구제역, 선적 전 과거 2년간 우역·우폐역, 선적 전 과거 3년간 럼프스킨병·소아카바네병 및 선적 전 과거 4년간 리프트계곡열의 발생이 없어야 하며, 이들 질병에 대한 예방접종이 실시되지 않아야 한다. 다만, 미국 정부가 효과적인 살처분 정책을 수행하고 있다고 대한민국 농림축산식품부장관이 인정하는 질병에 대하여는 그 기간을 세계동물보건기구(OIE) 기준에 따라 단축할 수 있다." ,
