      "value" : "제7조(감사 시기) ① 일상감사는 최종 결재권자(전결권자 포함)의 결재 전에 실시하는 것을 원칙으로 한다. 다만, 일상감사 처리에 장기간 소요되는 등 불가피한 경우 정식으로 일상감사 의뢰 전에 감사대상 서류사본을 제출받아 사전 검토할 수 있다.\n  ② 일상감사를 거칠 수 없을 만큼 긴급한 업무 추진이 필요한 경우로서 감사관과 협의를 거쳐 예외적인 경우로 인정되는 때에는 결재 이후에 일상감사를 실시할 수 있다.\n  ③ 이미 진행된 사항이더라도 일상감사결과 위법·부당 사항이 드러난 경우 해당 집행행위에 대하여 적정 조치 요구를 할 수 있다." ,
