      "value" : "제8조(지정방법) ①별정우체국 지정 및 국장의 자격요건 심의는 서류심사와 면접심사를 거쳐 최종 적격자를 지정한다.\n  ②서류심사는【별표 1】\"별정우체국 지정의 배점기준표\"에 의하여 심사하며, 심사결과 평가점수가 60점 이상일 경우 적격으로 한다.\n  ③면접심사는 서류심사 결과 적격판정을 받은 자에 대하여【별표 2】\"별정우체국장(피지정인) 심의서\"에 의해 심사하며, 위원의 과반수가 평가요소 5개 항목 중 2개 항목 이상을 \"미흡\"으로 평가하거나 위원의 과반수가 어느 하나의 동일한 평가요소에 대하여 \"미흡\"으로 평가한 때에는 부적격으로 한다.\n  ④제2항 및 제3항의 심사결과 모두 적격판정을 받은 자 중에서 합산점수가 가장 큰 자를 지정한다. 다만, 동점자가 발생할 경우에는【별표 1】\"별정우체국 지정의 배점기준표\"의 운영능력 중 사업계획서, 경력, 자격증 순으로 지정한다." ,
