      "value" : "제14조(중간평가) ① 전담기관의 장은 WC 300 기업의 중간평가 계획을 수립하여 주무부장관에게 보고하여야 한다. 이 때 주무부장관은 중간평가 계획을 수정·보완하거나 전담기관의 장으로 하여금 이를 수정·보완하게 할 수 있다.\n  ② WC 300 기업은 최초 선정 이후 격년 마다 중간평가대상이 되며, 전담기관의 장은 성장전략서에 따른 수행실적 등을 심의한다. 이 때 전담기관의 장은 별도의 평가위원회를 구성하여 심의할 수 있다.\n  ③ 전담기관의 장은 제2항의 규정에 의한 평가를 완료한 때에는 평가 종료 후 3일 이내에 그 결과를 \"우수(만점의 90% 이상)\", \"보통(만점의 60% 이상)\", \"미흡(만점의 60% 미만)\"으로 분류하여 주무부장관에게 보고하여야 한다.\n  ④ 주무부장관은 \"미흡\"으로 평가된 대상기업에 대해서는 전담기관의 장으로 하여금 차년도 중간평가 대상기업에 포함하여 재평가를 수행하도록 한다." ,
