      "value" : "제14조의2(선정의 승계) ① WC 300 기업이 개인 기업에서 법인으로 전환하는 경우 그 법인은 전담기관의 장에게 WC 300 기업 선정 효력의 승계를 신청할 수 있다.\n  ② WC 300 기업을 일체로서 포괄승계한 기업은 전담기관의 장에게 WC 300 기업 선정 효력의 승계를 신청할 수 있다.\n  ③ 제1항 또는 제2항의 신청이 있는 경우에는 제10조제3항 내지 제5항, 제12조제1항을 준용한다.\n  ④ WC 300 기업 선정 효력을 승계한 경우에는 종전 선정의 잔여 기간 동안 그 효력이 있다." ,
