      "value" : "제13조(경보오보 시 조치) 중앙경보통제소 상황팀장은 경보발령 후 그 경보가 오보로 판명되었을 경우에는 즉시 다음 각 호의 조치를 하여야 한다.\n  1. KAOC(SODO 또는 대구 TCD)에 경보발령 오보 경위 확인\n  2. 경보전달기관에 경보발령 오보사실 통보 및 국방부의 해명방송 요청이 있을 때는 「민방위 경보 발령·전달규정」별표 5호에 정한 중앙통제 상황 경보해명 방송문안에 따라 해명방송을 2회 이상 실시\n  3. 해명방송 실시 후 즉시 통제소장을 통하여 행정안전부장관에게 보고토록 하거나 필요시 직접 보고하여야 한다.\n  4. 2호 이외의 경보오보 또는 경보단말 잘못 울림이 발생 되었을 시 즉시 해명방송 등을 실시 할 수 있다." ,
