      "value" : "제7조(기본활동비) ① 기본활동비 지원을 받고자 하는 동호회는 매년 3월말까지 다음 각 호의 서류를 주무부서에 제출하여야 한다.\n    가. 기본활동비신청서(별지2호 서식)\n    나. 회원명부\n    다. 전년도 4월부터 해당 연도 3월까지의 동호회 활동실적(사진 등 활동 참가 증명서류 첨부)\n    라. 해당 년도 활동계획서\n    마. 동호회 통장사본\n  ② 기본활동비는 각 동호회를 승인한 기관에서 인원별 활동비 지원기준(별표 1)에 따라 지원 할 수 있으며, 각 주무부서는 평가기준에 따른 평가결과가 65점 이상인 경우에만 기본활동비를 지급하여야 한다. 다만, 각 기관별로 회원 수, 예산 등을 감안하여 기준을 따로 정하여 운영할 수 있다.\n  ③ 주무부서는 각 동호회가 제출한 지원금 신청서, 활동보고서 등을 검토하여 예산 범위에서 지원하여야 하며, 지원금은 동호회 명의로 개설된 예금계좌에 입금하거나 상품권 등으로 지급할 수 있다.\n  ④ 기본활동비를 수령한 동호회는 당해 연도에 사용하여야 하고 매년 12월 1일까지 별지 제3호 서식의 기본활동비 결산서를 작성하여 증빙서류와 함께 주무부서에 제출하여야 한다.
