      "value" : "제44조 (회전익 항공기 구술 시험과 운항자격심사에서의 평가 항목)\n운항자격심사관은 운항자격심사와 구술 시험을 시행할 때 사용할 수 있는 심사표를 준비 해야 한다. 각심사에서 평가 되어야 할 항목들은 심사표에 인쇄되어 있어야한다. 운항자격심사관은 운항자격심사를 계획하기 위하여 해당 심사표를 사용 하여야 한다. 회전익 항공기의 등급(Class)에 필요하지 않은 항목은 심사표에서 제외 될 수 있다. 예를 들면 자동활공은 다발 회전익 항공기에서는 요구되지 않는다." ,
