      "value" : "제8조(보완대책의 이행 점검 등) ① 한국농촌경제연구원장은 자유무역협정 체결 이후 정부가 마련한 농업분야 보완대책의 이행 상황을 점검하고 그 성과 등을 검토하여 농림축산식품부장관에게 보고하여야 한다.\n  ② 이행상황의 점검 및 성과 검토 보고의 시기는 다음 각 호와 같다.\n  1. 이행상황의 점검 보고 : 매년 6월말, 12월말 각 1회\n  2. 성과 검토 보고 : 보완대책 발표 후 1년이 경과한 시점부터 매년 같은 기간\n  ③ 이행상황의 점검 및 성과 검토의 보고는 보완대책에서 명시한 지원 기간이 종료하는 시점까지 계속하여야 한다. 다만, 보완대책에서 지원 기간을 명시하지 아니한 경우에는 보완대책 발표 후 5년까지로 한다." ,
