      "value" : "제19조(신청서류 등의 보완) ① 적합성확인기관의 장은 제출받은 신청서류 및 시료의 적정성여부를 검토하여 부적합사항이나 보완하여야 할 사항이 있는 경우 신청사업자에게 그 사유와 보완하여야 될 사항을 기재하여 문서로 통보하여야 한다. 이 경우 이행에 필요한 기간 등을 고려하여 30일의 범위에서 그 기간을 정하여야 한다.\n  ② 신청사업자는 특별한 사유가 없는 한 보완통보를 받은 날부터 정해진 기간 내에 보완하고, 그 결과를 적합성확인기관의 장에게 문서로 제출하여야 한다." ,
