      "value" : "제6조(인증신청서 접수 등) ①검역본부장은 신청인이 인증신청 서류를 제출하는 경우 다음 각 호의 사항을 확인한 후 인증신청서를 접수한다. \n  1. 인증신청 서류가 구비되어 있는지 여부 \n  2. 각 기재항목이 빠짐없이 모두 기재되어 있는지 여부\n  ②검역본부장은 인증신청서 접수 시 신청인의 과거 인증내역을 확인하여  법 제29조제5항에 따른 신청 제한자에 해당하는 경우 신청서를 접수하지 않고 신청인에게 그 사유를 명시하여 반송 처리하여야 한다. " ,
