      "value" : "제9조(교육) ① 지방검찰청 검사장 또는 지청장은 소속 검사 또는 5급 이상 직원으로 하여금 매년 1회 이상 특별사법경찰관리에 대한 직무교육을 실시하게 하여야 한다.\n  ② 제1항의 규정에 의한 특별사법경찰관리에 대한 교육은 일반 사법경찰관리에 대한 교육과 분리하여 실시하여야 한다.\n  ③ 지방검찰청 검사장 또는 지청장은 소속 검사로 하여금 제1항의 규정에 의한 정기교육 외에 해당관서의 수사업무를 감찰할 때 수시로 필요한 교육을 실시하게 할 수 있다." ,
