      "value" : "제7조(청렴시민감사관 회의) ① 청렴시민감사관의 협의·결정이 필요한 다음 각 호의 안건을 처리하기 위하여 청렴시민감사관 회의(이하 \"회의\"라 한다)를 운영한다. \n  1. 장관이 요구하는 사항에 대한 조사 결과 및 조치 사항 확인\n  2. 불합리한 제도·관행·업무절차 등에 대한 개선 및 시정 권고\n  3. 조사 결과 및 개선사항에 대한 외부 공개 여부 등 결정\n  4. 그 밖에 협의·결정이 필요한 사항\n  ② 제1항에 따른 회의 운영을 총괄하기 위하여 청렴시민감사관 중에서 1명의 대표 청렴시민감사관을 호선으로 선출한다.\n  ③ 대표 청렴시민감사관이 부득이한 사유로 그 직무를 수행할 수 없을 때에는 대표 청렴시민감사관이 지명하는 청렴시민감사관이 그 직무를 대행한다.\n  ④ 회의의 원활한 운영을 위하여 간사 1명을 두며, 간사는 감사담당관이 된다.\n  ⑤ 회의는 매분기마다 개최를 원칙으로 한다. 다만, 청렴시민감사관 과반수 이상이 요구하거나, 장관이 요청하는 경우 임시회를 개최할 수 있다." ,
