      "value" : "제5조 (건축허가 또는 사업계획승인 신청) ①리모델링이 용이한 구조로 인정받고자 신청하는 자(「건축법」에 따른 건축주, 「주택법」에 따른 사업주체 등을 말한다. 이하 \"건축주등\"이라 한다)는 「건축법」(이하 \"법\"이라 한다) 제11조 또는 같은 법 제16조에 따라 건축허가(「주택법」 제15조에 의한 사업계획승인을 포함한다. 이하 같다)를 신청하거나 허가사항을 변경하는 경우에 별지 제1호 서식의 리모델링이 용이한 공동주택 인정신청서(이하 \"인정신청서\"라 한다), 별지 제2호 서식의 리모델링이 용이한 공동주택 판단평가서(이하 \"판단평가서\"라 한다)를 첨부하여 허가권자에게 제출하여야 한다. \n  ②허가권자는 건축주등에게 판단평가서에 대한 평가근거자료를 따로 요청할 수 있다. 이 경우 건축주등은 특별한 사유가 없는 한 평가근거자료를 허가권자에게 제출하여야 한다.\n  ③건축주등은 제1항에 따른 인정신청서 제출 시 제6조 제1항에 따른 별표의 평가항목에 대한 종합적인 의견, 항목별의 검토의견 및 관련서류 등을 첨부하여야 한다." ,
