      "value" : "제15조(사업의 취소) ① 장관은 다음 각 호의 경우에 제12조에 따라 확정된 사업을 취소할 수 있다.\n  1. 주관기관의 장이 사업계획 내용을 불이행할 경우\n  2. 정책 및 정보화 여건이 변경되어 사업수행이 불필요하거나 곤란한 경우\n  3. 주관기관의 장의 고의 또는 중대한 과실로 인해 계약 및 입찰절차가 현저하게 지연되는 경우\n  4. 주관기관의 장이 제출한 문서 등에 기재한 사항이 허위 또는 불능인 경우로 지원사업의 수행이 곤란하다고 인정되는 경우\n  ② 전문기관의 장은 제1항의 각 호의 사유가 발생한 경우 장관에게 해당사업의 취소를 요청할 수 있다." ,
