      "value" : "제2조(급여품) ① 소년원직원등에게는 예산의 범위안에서 소년원 및 소년분류심사원 소속 공무원 급여규칙에서 규정한 급여품을 현품 또는 현품을 교환할 수 있는 증권으로 지급한다.\n  ② 소년원직원등에게 지급하는 급여품의 급여기준은 별표와 같다.\n  ③ 법무부장관은 특히 필요하다고 인정할 때에는 급여품의 종류·수량 및 사용기간을 변경할 수 있다.\n  ④ 소년원 및 소년분류심사원에 근무하는 상용직 근로자의 급여품은 예산의 범위내에서 각 기관장이 결정한다." ,
