      "value" : "제7조(자료의 지원요청) ① 전담관리기관간의 자료 지원요청은 별지 제1호의1서식 및 제1호의2서식에 의한다. \n  ② 다른 기관의 전산조직에 연결된 전산단말기를 이용하여 자료의 지원을 요청 할 때에는 당해기관과 미리 약정된 아이디, 비밀번호, 인증서 등 부호를 사용한다. \n  ③ 국토교통부 각 실ㆍ국장, 소속기관의 장이 제1항의 의한 다른 전담관리기관의 자료를 지원받고자 하는 때에는 해당 부서의 자료지원신청권자의 전자서명 또는 인감등록서(별지제2호서식)를 미리 관계기관에 제출하여야 한다.    \n  ④ 제1항 및 제2항에 경우 외에 다른 기관에서 보유하고 있는 자료를 열람하거나 지원받고자 할 때에는 국토교통부 각 실ㆍ국장, 소속기관의 장이 직접 문서로 하여야 한다.
