      "value" : "제5조(협력업자에 대한 지원) ① 대기업등은 협력업자의 경영합리화, 노무·유지관리 업무개선 및 기술향상 등을 위한 재무·교육 및 기술 지원 등을 할 수 있다.\n  ② 대기업등은 제1항에 따른 지원 등에 필요한 시설 또는 비용 등을 협력업자에게 지원할 수 있다.\n  ③ 대기업등은 협력업자로 등록된 자 중 승강기 유지관리에 관한 기술능력이 우수한 자를 우수협력업자로 선정할 수 있으며, 우수협력업자로 선정된 자에 대해서는 입찰, 인력·기술개발 지원 및 해외사업의  동반 진출 등에서 우대할 수 있다.\n  ④ 대기업등은 유지관리를 공동도급하거나 하도급하려는 경우 협력업자를 공동수급인이나 하수급인으로 우선 선정할 수 있다." ,
