      "value" : "제13조(안전교육) ① 청장은 실험활동종사자에게 반기별로 6시간 이상의 안전교육을 실시하여야 한다.\n  ② 실험실책임자는 실험내용이 변경될 경우에는 실험활동종사자에게 2시간 이상의 특별안전교육을 실시한다.\n  ③ 실험실책임자는 신규채용자에 대해서는 담당업무 종사 전에 8시간 이상의 실험실 안전교육을 실시하여야 한다.\n  ④ 실험실책임자는 제2호 또는 제3호의 교육을 실시한 경우 별지 제3호 서식에 따라 교육 일지를 기록하여 보관하여야 한다.\n  ⑤ 안전환경관리자는 가급적 실험실 안전에 관한 전문교육을 받도록 노력해야 한다." ,
