      "value" : "제10조(자료의 지원요청) ①전담관리기관간의 자료지원신청은 별지 제1호의 1서식 또는 별지 제1호의 2서식의 지원신청서로 한다.\n  ②제1항의 지원신청을 전담할 보건복지부의 자료지원 신청권자는 정보화담당관으로 하며, 자료지원 신청권자가 교체된 때에는 지체없이 별지 제2호서식의 인감등록서를 다른 전담기관에 제출하여야 한다.\n  ③보건복지부의 각 실·국장 또는 소속기관의 장이 다른 전담관리기관의 자료를 지원받고자 할 때에는 정보화담당관에게 제1항의 지원신청서에 의거 신청을 하여야 한다." ,
