      "value" : "제7조(자료의 지원요청) ①기관 간 자료지원신청은 지원신청서(별지 제3호의1서식 또는 별지 제3호의2서식)로 하며, 해당자료 전담관리기관의 전산조직에 연결 설치된 전산단말기에 의하여 자료지원신청을 하는 때에는 별도의 신청절차 없이 미리 약정된 아이디, 비밀번호, 인증서 등 부호를 사용한다.\n  ②제1항의 지원신청을 전담할 지식경제부의 자료지원신청권자는 정보화담당관으로 하며, 자료지원신청권자가 교체된 때에는 지체 없이 인감등록서(별지 제4호서식)를 다른 자료전담관리기관에 제출하여야 한다.\n  ③지식경제부 각 실·국장 또는 소속기관의 장이 다른 자료전담관리기관의 자료를 제1항에 의한 방식으로 지원받고자 하는 때에는 정보화담당관에게 그 지원신청을 의뢰하여야 한다.\n  ④정보화담당관은 해당기관으로부터 요청자료를 지원받은 때에는 그 신청을 의뢰한 각 실·국장 또는 소속기관의 장에게 지원받은 자료를 즉시 송부하여야 한다.\n  ⑤제1항에 의한 자료지원신청을 할 수 없는 기관에 대한 자료지원요청은 각 실·국장 또는 소속기관의 장이 직접 문서로 하여야 한다." ,
