      "value" : "제4조(휴게시간) ①각급 경찰기관의 장은 근무시간이 8시간인 경우에는 1시간 이상의 휴게시간을 근무시간 도중에 주어야 한다. 이 경우 1시간 이상을 일괄하여 주거나 30분씩 나누어 줄 수 있다.\n  ②각급 경찰기관의 장은 지정된 휴게시간이라 할지라도 업무수행상 부득이 하다고 인정할 때에는 제1항의 규정에 의한 휴게시간을 주지 아니하거나 감축하거나 또는 대기근무를 대체하여 지정할 수 있다." ,
