      "value" : "제53조(신수탁자의 의무의 승계) ① 수탁자가 변경된 경우 신수탁자는 전수탁자(前受託者)가 신탁행위로 인하여 수익자에게 부담하는 채무를 승계한다. 수탁자가 여럿인 경우 일부의 수탁자가 변경된 경우에도 또한 같다.\n  ② 신탁사무의 처리에 관하여 발생한 채권은 신탁재산의 한도 내에서 신수탁자에게도 행사할 수 있다.\n  ③ 제22조제1항 단서에 따른 신탁재산에 대한 강제집행등의 절차 또는 국세 등 체납처분의 절차는 신수탁자에 대하여 속행(續行)할 수 있다.\n@ko"
