      "value" : "제29조(조사 후 조치) ① 법무부장관은 제28조에 따른 실태조사 결과 법무행정 관련 인권침해가 우려되는 사항을 확인한 경우에는 법무부 내 관련 실장ㆍ국장ㆍ본부장 및 구금ㆍ보호시설의 장에게 시정 및 개선 조치를 하도록 지시할 수 있다.\n  ② 법무부장관은 실태조사 중에 구체적인 인권침해 사실을 확인한 경우에는 법무행정 관련 인권침해 사건으로 인지하여 조사ㆍ처리하여야 한다.\n  ③ 법무부장관으로부터 제1항에 따른 조치를 지시받은 법무부 내 관련 실장ㆍ국장ㆍ본부장은 즉시 이행하고, 그 이행 결과를 보고하여야 한다.\n@ko"
