      "value" : "제10조(문서의 결재) ① 문서는 해당 행정기관의 장의 결재를 받아야 한다. 다만, 보조기관 또는 보좌기관의 명의로 발신하는 문서는 그 보조기관 또는 보좌기관의 결재를 받아야 한다.\n  ② 행정기관의 장은 업무의 내용에 따라 보조기관 또는 보좌기관이나 해당 업무를 담당하는 공무원으로 하여금 위임전결하게 할 수 있으며, 그 위임전결 사항은 해당 기관의 장이 훈령이나 지방자치단체의 규칙으로 정한다.\n  ③ 제1항이나 제2항에 따라 결재할 수 있는 사람이 휴가, 출장, 그 밖의 사유로 결재할 수 없을 때에는 그 직무를 대리하는 사람이 대결하고 내용이 중요한 문서는 사후에 보고하여야 한다.\n@ko"
