      "value" : "제36조(구조결정에 필요한 조사 및 증명절차) ① 지구심의회 위원장 또는 위원장의 명을 받은 사람은 법 제26조에 따른 구조금 지급결정(이하 \"구조결정\"이라 한다)에 필요한 조사를 할 수 있으며, 관계 공무원이나 관계 기관에 사실을 조회하거나 필요한 자료의 제출을 요청할 수 있다.\n  ② 지구심의회는 제1항에 따른 조회의 회신, 제출자료, 신청인 및 그 밖의 관련인 진술 등 믿을 수 있는 증거자료에 의하여 구조결정을 하여야 한다.\n  ③ 제1항에 따른 요청을 받은 공무원이나 관계 기관의 장은 정당한 사유가 없으면 요청에 따라야 한다.\n@ko"
