      "value" : "제15조(신청인의 동의와 배상금 등의 지급 등) ① 배상금ㆍ위로지원금 및 보상금 결정서정본을 송달받은 신청인이 배상금ㆍ위로지원금 및 보상금을 지급받고자 할 때에는 그 결정에 대한 동의서를 첨부하여 심의위원회에 지급을 신청하여야 한다.\n  ② 제1항에 규정된 사항 외에 배상금ㆍ위로지원금 및 보상금의 지급 절차 등에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.\n  ③ 신청인이 배상금ㆍ위로지원금 및 보상금의 지급 결정서정본을 송달받은 날부터 1년 이내에 제1항에 따른 신청을 심의위원회에 하지 아니한 경우 이 법에 따른 배상금ㆍ위로지원금 및 보상금의 지급신청을 철회한 것으로 본다. 다만, 미수습자(4ㆍ16세월호참사 당시 세월호에 승선하여 정부에서 세월호 수색종료를 발표한 2014년 11월 11일까지 수습되지 아니한 사람을 말한다)의 경우 제1항에 따른 신청 기한을 3년으로 한다. <개정 2017.4.11>\n@ko"
