      "value" : "제21조(불용결정의 기준) 제20조에 따라 불용결정을 할 수 있는 물품은 다음 각 호와 같다.\n  1. 사용할 필요가 없게 된 물품으로서 앞으로도 사용할 전망이 없는 물품\n  2. 정수를 초과하는 물품과 예측할 수 있는 일정 기간의 수요를 초과하여 재고로 보유하고 있는 물품\n  3. 원장비(原裝備)의 사용이 불가능하거나 원장비가 없어진 경우로서 이를 새로 취득할 필요성이나 가능성이 없는 경우의 그 부속품\n  4. 규격 또는 모형이 달라져 수리가 곤란하거나 수리하여도 본래의 목적에 사용할 수 없는 물품\n  5. 시설물에서 제거된 물품으로서 활용할 수 없는 물품\n  6. 훼손되거나 마모되어 수리하여도 본래의 목적에 사용할 수 없는 물품\n  7. 수선이 필요한 물품으로서 수선을 하는 것이 비경제적인 물품\n  8. 제1호부터 제7호까지의 규정에 준하는 사유가 있다고 인정되는 물품\n@ko"
